Hi....
Im using UAE base S23 Ultra. Thing is call recorder not available inbuilt. 
Im living in india now. 
Is it possible to change CSC from UAE to iIndia.?
Any risk factor there? Like network issue, OTA software update issue, bricking, Knox issue etc...
Warranty issue appears?
Can I do it from myself or any service center I need to visit?

No it wont. Call recording is a punishable offence and banned in UAE. A factory reset wont help getting it back at all.

I did it... Using jio sim. But same... No change. Call recorder is not available still.
