Hi,
I own s24 plus , I've encounters call issue , some of my friends reporting that they couldn't reach me , they have been informed as caller is busy, or no response tone is getting as replied even My phone is in full n/w as well as in idle position, need help on this Samsung , this was happening at least a day for a person.

Please reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time, restart your's device without any Sim in slots, interchange Sim in slots, turn off power saving mode, clear catche and clear data of this app also optimize your's device in device care too then try to it's again. Go to app setting then go call/phone app information then go to app storage then clear ceche and Data. It sometime heppens when update phone or any app. Don't worry
