Bug about message notifications going wrong.

Hi Samsung, I'm testing my sms services.
I send msg from my S23 to my S10. 
SMS gets delivered at once but my S23 keeps showing circulating dots and at last I get a notification "unable to deliver msg".
My phone is... 
1. On 2nd beta hotfix, fully updated.
2. I restarted removed & inserted SIM again.
3. Re entered message center number. 
4. Reset all network settings.

I think I've tried everything so I'm lodging this complaint.
Kindly look into it and suggest if I need to do anything further.

Hello naviaz bro . I think new One UI has lot of bugs . And Samsung will not fix any bugs in any Smartphone through software update never and specially green line issue in S Series , Fold Series , Note Series as well as A Series . I donot want not a single product from Samsung in future in any case now bro . I am happy with my Samsung Galaxy A70 4G Indian Varaint Smartphone now bro . Please stay away from Bad Exynos devices from now bro . Hello naviaz bro . Are you ok with that also , All S23 Series and S22 Series do not have Free Display Replacement according to Samsung if these devices face green line issues after Software Update . You have to pay huge amount than your problem will be resolved bro .
