Bottom firing speaker not working

Hi,

Whenever i recieve a call through whatsapp/cellular.. The bottom firing speaker stops working... Audio comes only through earpiece speaker which is less... everytime this occurs i have to restart the device... after which the speakers work fine.... Please help.

Make sure if you have enabled mono audio in accessibility settings. Check this
