I have been using my galaxy s20 plus for quite some time now. One thing that has caught my attention was when I compared the call speaker volume with a iPhone 11 user and I was super surprised.

Couple of things that have really disappointed me are:

1. The call volume while talking on the speaker is very low. I think my s10 has louder volume then the dual speaker on s20 Plus.

2. The proximity sensor on this phone activates even while on the speaker. The top speakers stops working when you bring the phone close to your ears and the bottom speakers start firing. Ideally I would want it both the speakers to work at the same time even when it is brought close to the ear.

Does anyone else feel the same or is it just my phone?

Hi thanks for the reply. I checked it on the interactive app and speaker is working perfectly fine but the app does not guage the loudness of the speaker which is a problem for me. I want a loudspeaker so that I can easily talk on the phone when it is kept on the table.
