Blurry photos on S8 rear camera

My S8 has an extreme blurry camera. looks like most of the pictures I take turns out to be blurry at some parts of pics. Seems like the shutter speed issue and focusing issue.

issues I am facing
-Rear camera pictures are clear at centre and are blurry at the bottom or other sides.
-In many lighting conditions even in daylight if the subject is slightly moving the pictures turns out to be blurry.

Is this the same behaviour anyone else is experiencing?

clear your camera a bit with a clean cloth

Yes, I keep on cleaning it. but this doesn't seems to be because of smudges on it.

The camera lens is clear, and I cleaned it multiple times. it seems like the camera is being too much aggressive for bokeh even when I am not shooting portraits, and the Samsung has reduced the shutter speed to collect more light, which makes the picture blurry even in good lighting conditions.

if you keep an object too close then autofocus would kick.in
