Galaxy SFirst try to reset settings.
1. Unpair all your Bluetooth devices.
2. From the settings, search for Reset and tap on Reset Wifi and Bluetooth settings option. Complete it and restart the phone. You will have to reconnect to your WiFi again. Pair your Bluetooth device one at a time and test.
If it doesn't help, follow below steps to clear the cache partition.
It will not delete any data. But you should connect your phone to a PC with charging cable before you start.
Let me know how it goes.

Galaxy SForget and Reconnect Bluetooth Device:
Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth.

Tap on it and select "Forget" to remove the device.
Reconnect the Bluetooth device by pairing it again.
Clear Bluetooth Cache:
Go to Settings > Apps.
Tap on the three dots in the upper right corner and select "Show system apps."
Scroll down and find "Bluetooth."
Tap on "Storage" and then select "Clear Cache."
Restart Your Phone:

Reset Network Settings:
Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.
This will reset Wi-Fi, Mobile data, and Bluetooth settings. You'll need to reconnect to Wi-Fi networks and pair Bluetooth devices again.
Update Software:
Ensure that your device's software is up to date. Go to Settings > Software Update and check for any available updates.
Safe Mode:
Boot your phone into Safe Mode to check if a third-party app is causing the Bluetooth issue. In Safe Mode, only pre-installed apps will run.
Press and hold the power button until the power off screen appears.
Long-press the "Power Off" option until you see the Safe Mode prompt.
Tap "Safe Mode" and check Bluetooth functionality.
Wipe Cache Partition:
Turn off your Galaxy S22 Ultra.
Press and hold the volume up button and the power button simultaneously.
Once the Samsung logo appears, release both buttons.
Use the volume buttons to navigate to "Wipe cache partition" and use the power button to select it.
