First check Settings/Apps/Google play store, to verify if it is still available.

If it is not listed, download it from the link below. You will be prompted to enable unknown sources in security settings to install it.

If the Google Play Store disappeared after a UI update, try these steps: Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store and check if it's disabled or hidden. If not, consider checking for system updates or reinstalling the Play Store from a reliable source if necessary.

I missed the point that Play Store is a pre-installed app and cannot be removed.
It directly depends on Google play services. It might disappear while self updating the app.
You might need to follow a few additional steps.

1. Open Settings on the device.

2. Tap Apps

3. Scroll down and Select Google Play services . Select Storage then Clear Cache

4. Tap the back button, Scroll to Google Play Store Select Storage then tap Clear Cache and Clear Data. If the app is disabled, enable it.

5. Restart your device.

The best thing you can do is, search Google Chrome from the Play Store. If it is disabled, enable it and apply any updates available.
