S21 ultra on One UI5 beta went into Black screen of death.
Screen goes black after 30 or so seconds after restart.
Got frustrated.
Tried everything on the internet,

Every solution except reset failed.

Had to erase everything remotely after taking backup (that was difficult as the screen wasn't showing anything).

Finally phone booted,
Restored the backup on the phone,
Now loging in every app again, just like a new phone.

Too much hassle,
Sara mood kharab kardiya.

Please, please never let your phone overheat, thats the culprit as it seems.
Mine did this after using Android auto for long hours.
Stay calm keep your phone cool.

Atleast your phone booted up and screen started working as usual. Few days back I faced the same issue with s21 plus and I had to get the screen replaced for 13k

If your phone booted up just fine after a factory reset, then it could very well be a third party app (or even a system application or binary-level code) which was causing this issue, if the issue was because of overheating, it would have persisted even after a factory reset.

Also as you are on beta, you shouldn't be complaining about these things. Weird behavior on beta is expected and you should be reporting it in the One UI Beta forum, so that the developers can take note and potentially fix it. Read the terms and conditions and take proper precautions before installing beta software.

Even my Samsung s20 Fe screen Got A screen BLACKOUT after 6 days. My screen automatically used to turn off during calls or YouTube browsing or simply it didn't use to wake up after locking my phone. Only when I used to tap the front of screen or hard reboot only than it use to work. But it was getting too much for a newly bought phone so I got it replaced at it as it was under 14 days replacement time. Writing this comment on newly replaced s20 set.
