Galaxy S
I previously mentioned a problem in my old feed. The problem is that a greyish or yellowish color emits from the black display when screening a black image, like an LCD display. AMOLED displays never show any other color in a black image because all the LEDs are turned off or not activated. My only concern was that the problem was a hardware issue with the display, but after noticing this issue, I contacted the Samsung customer helpline, and an executive connected with me. Following the executive's instructions, I used Samsung's Smart Tutor application. The agent accessed my phone through the application and sent me an update. The agent instructed me to update my phone with that update and also reset the settings afterward. Finally, my issue was resolved thanks to the update and the agent's support. I believe it was a software bug. The reason I'm mentioning this is that I had an issue I already mentioned here, and after it was resolved for me, it may be affects 25+ other users. I'm writing this now, hoping it will be useful for them if they are experiencing it. If other S25 series or s25plus users are experiencing this issue, they might try the method I mentioned above and see if it works.
