Iam a loyal fan of samsung galaxy mobile from last 15 years..iam using rightnow galaxy s23 ultra i received software update on 14th of January 2025 before 4 days of this post..I update my mobile official software from phone's setting software update..when phone restart 3 whilte colour line appeared on my display 1 line is on top of the phone where network symbol shows,that is half of display 2nd line is appeared middle of the phone and 3rd line is on bottom of my phone,iam very disappointed by this update I went to service center and they refused to change it at free of cost,because my mobile is out of warranty recently..they told me that they have no any update received from samsung to change display in like this situation..this is my humble request to samsung india please resolved this issue by changeing the display without any cost..i feels that samsung is using nowadays very cheap quality display for their high end costly mobile'seventhough Apple iPhone uses very high quality of display so there no any issues like samsung and others..it's very bad ..so thinking to switch on apple.if someone who can help me kindly contact on my community reply section.thankimg of you

Restart the phone or reset the phone take backup then do the needful

Sir I got Green line same problem. same answer by Samsung out of warranty. Pay for display. Samsung customers are upset with Samsung

Absolutely...now it's time ..we have to replace the samsung to Apple or other brands.

Try to decrease the motion smoothness by from adaptive to standard.
Follow below step
Go to settings
Then click on Display
Click on Motion smoothness
Select standard

Might be white line get disappeared

Then contact samsung customer service they will try to resolve it otherwise they will ask you to replace display with some cost

Actually samsung uses very cheap quality of display.. eventhough Apple uses very high quality display sothat these issues are not seen in iphone.. service center told me to pay new display price with GST and labour because we didn't received any mail from samsung india to change it free of cost within 3 years.

Apple use samsung display and go and check same for Apple display cost then you will know which is better. Issues are there from every manufacturing company. My s23ultra display didn't had any issues after update.
