Galaxy SSame happened to me and unfortunately my s22 ultra is out of two year warranty. The new screen costs 265 euros so it's not worth it at the moment. Idk how and when this happened. I only noticed it last week when I was planning to get trade in deal.
The Samsung support guys told me that full hard reset may remove this problem. I didnot check it yet.
