As per your concern, we would like to inform you that if you have withdrawn from the beta program, in this case, to receive the stable software update of One UI 8.5, please be sure to reinstall (rollback) to the final version of the official software.
You can reinstall the software using the PC version of Smart Switch. Once the software is reinstalled, the device will be reset, and all data generated during the Beta Program will be erased. While you can recover all data that was backed up before installing the beta software, there may be limitations in recovering data created after installing the beta software.
If the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
We want to inform you that the stable software update of One UI 8.5 has been released for all users of S24 series. We request you to please wait as you will receive the update on your device soon. Please stay active on the samsung members app for updates and additional information.
