Battery usage on s22

Is there way to reduce or remove this ONE UI home battery consumption? Like why is the android skin itself consuming considerable amount of battery?

Try nova7 it is currently consuming only 1-2% per battery cycle. In fact most of the lauchers are lighter than the stock. Just that the recent app delay can be resolved on nova launcher. I am running s22 vanilla.
