I have recently bought a s24 ultra (1 month back) and the battery behaviour is random. Some days i get around 7+ hours of SOT but on some other days i only get 3hrs. Dont know what's causing this and would like to know if there are any ways to find the reason or to get a decent 8+ hours SOT. I have already tried checking the app optimization and all other possible options in the phone. I'm yet to do a cache partition cleaning. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
