Galaxy SThe possible causes of this issue include:
- *Always On Display (AOD)*: Some users have noticed that AOD drains nearly 2% of battery per hour.
- *Work profiles*: If you have a work profile set up on your device, it might be causing the battery drain.
- *Software issues*: The recent security update might have introduced some bugs that are affecting battery life.
- *Overheating*: Some users have reported that their device is overheating, which can cause battery drain.
To address this issue, you can try the following solutions:
- *Disable AOD or adjust its settings*: Go to Settings > Lock screen > Always On Display, and adjust the settings or turn it off.
- *Check and adjust your work profile settings*: If you have a work profile, try deleting or disabling it to see if it resolves the issue.
- *Restart your device in Safe Mode*: This can help you identify if a third-party app is causing the battery drain.
- *Check for software updates*: Ensure that your device is running the latest software.
- *Perform a factory reset*: If none of the above solutions work, you can try performing a factory reset.
Remember to always keep your device's software up-to-date and monitor its battery health to prevent similar issues in the future.

Galaxy SEarlier i was using S23 Ultra and upgraded to this latest smartphone from samsung. But after using it i can say it is worst then a 30k product. Really disappointed and felt like i was cheated by samsung.
The speaker quality was worst then a 10k phone. I approached samsung service centre and they said it is a faulty speaker and they replaced it free of cost.
But still the speaker quality is far more less the what i used to get with my S23 ultra.
Very pathetic experience with this S24 ultra.
Seriously thinking to say bye bye to Samsung forever as i feel like i wasted my money on a phone which is not worth 50% of what i spent on it.
Battery, camera performance were all very satisfactory on S23 ultra, but this S24 Ultra is not worth for its price.
All expectations which i was having while upgrading were shattered by this device.
Really very disappointed with Samsung as i was a loyal customer of samsung since Note 5.
