Power saving mode on. Screen refresh rate 60 . background app off.full app update । मोबाइल को reset Tak kar liya पर बैटरी बहुत कम चल रही है ।।pls Help

Please visit the nearest Samsung service center and get it checked. Do backup your phone as they will flash phone with latest software update
