Do we need to change the battery protection to Maximum (80%) like Iphone to save our battery is that recommend or can i charge upto 100% ? 

Where can we check battery cycles for our S24Ultra.

You can't check battery cycles but you can check health of your battery in members app
Using 80 percent option will make your health of battery last longer

Kindly always charge your's battery from 15% to 85% and during charging turn off internet also don't use your's device. It's better for your's battery health for long life.
