Battery Issue Not Resolved Even After Factory Flash (S24 Ultra)

Dear Samsung Support Team,

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra which is still under warranty.

My device has been experiencing an abnormal battery issue where the last 5–6% drains within just 3–4 minutes during normal use.

Today, I visited the Samsung Service Center where they performed a factory flash/reset. Unfortunately, the problem still persists exactly the same as before. This clearly indicates that the issue is not software-related but rather a battery defect or voltage drop problem. Also, lags/jittery animation is still there.

Given that my phone is still within the warranty period, I request an immediate battery replacement or a clear resolution from your technical team. I also request that this case be escalated and properly logged in your system for record purposes.

Please treat this as urgent, as I have already lost significant time in troubleshooting without resolution.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Same problem my old mobile samsung s23 ultra i exchange samsung s25 ulta battery excellent

But loss 77,000 rupees my mentally disturbed

I wait next update not fixed another update not fixed in battery drain issue continue so i exchange

Now i am using samsung s25 ulta battery is so gud

samsung team i request all s serious update fix this battery drain issue

No use in posting in members app. Get their support mail and send it as mail and get their reply. Have it documented.

After getting the reply, post it in social media and gather support from fellow users. Atleast then let's see samsung listens to its customers.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
