Galaxy S
I'm currently using the S22 Ultra and have been experiencing battery backup issues. I find myself needing to charge my phone 3-4 times a day, even with settings like turning off 120Hz, location, and Bluetooth. In normal usage, such as calling and social media, I only get about 3-5 hours of backup. When I play games, it drops to 2-2.5 hours. Despite visiting the service center multiple times, they only advise me to keep these features turned off, which defeats the purpose of having such a feature-rich phone. I even inquired about replacing the battery, but they dismissed the idea without physically checking it. What should I do? Is upgrading my phone the only option?
