Battery Bulging?

Hello, Recently I noticed a small gap between my back panel and aluminium frame of S10.

Would that because of Battery Bulging??

I did, they said me the battery got bulged and it has to be replaced.
But I'm confused if that's a trick to make sale!!

Yeah. Also they said if I pay 2050inr they'll replace the battery and seal back with WR rating.
