Back gesture not working with keyboard

Is anyone having this issue where the keyboard in on and you swipe to go back? The keys on the keyboard get pressed and gesture doesn't work. I therefore have to minimise the keyboard and then swipe to go back.

I tried GBoard. Still facing the same issue. Is there any way to make it work?

This issue is with all keyboard on S23. To be honest, I never faced this issue with any other phone. Now I want to go back, I minimise the keyboard and the swipe from the edge to go back.
