Automatically unmute my device

I have samsung 21 japan variant when i put my phone on silent mode after receive a call it goes unmute. Please anyone have any solution 🙏 tell me

Please reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time also optimize your's device in device care too then try to it's again.
