Note: Steps may vary as per device and operating system.
Note: This feature may not be available in all Samsung Galaxy smartphones.

Method 1: Automatic
Go to Phone app>>Three dots>>Settings>>Record calls>>Auto record calls>>Enable

you can choose the preferred option from the following:
• All calls
• Calls with unsaved numbers
• Calls with specific numbers

Method 2: Manually
Ongoing Call screen>>Three dots>>Record call

How to view Recorded Calls
Please follow the given below steps to view recorded calls
Step1: Phone app
Step2: Three dots
Step3: Settings

If the call recording feature does not work, follow these given steps
Note: If you are using Wi-Fi calling then you won't be able to record any calls.
Step1: if still problem persists, then perform ‘Reset app preferences
Go to Settings > Apps > Three dots > Reset app preferences > Reset
Step2: Restart the device
Step3: Reset the settings
Go to Settings > Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset all settings > Reset settings
Step4: Software update
Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install > Download > Install now
Note: Steps may vary depending on the OS & device model.
Step4: Record calls
Step5: Recorded calls

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
