As per Airtel galaxy s7 doesnt support Volte service .is it true ?

i am using airtel sim on my galaxy s7.in mumbai circle airtel have launched volte service.but i am unable to get volte network.when i contacted them,they told me that galaxy s7 doesnt support volte.is it true that flagship mobile doesnt support volte ?

s7 has volte as per hardware. it did support volte under jio scheme. it should support airtel volte as well. check out your settings. you might even have to get your sim card changed to get the latest one.

i have airtel 4g sim.and also getting 4g signals but not volte signals.and there is no option to activate volte network

the Airtel volte network is update through region wise & device wise by Airtel not by any smartphone company

We're glad you reached out here with your concern. We would like to inform you that VoLTE is SIM service and it will activate automatically when you insert 4G SIM and set is in Auto mode. Also would like to tell you it can be a issue related to the Sim card you are using Kindly coordinate with the Service provider for resolution.
