Games force-closing has become a big issue recently. While playing a game, if I move to some other apps, nothing heavy, and a few minutes later come back to the game, I see that the game is restarting! This happens even for light games that consume only 300-400 MB RAM, and even when there's 3+ GB free RAM!! Please do something to prevent games getting killed in the background. Also try to optimize (reduce) RAM used by the OS and System apps.
is it a beta version? if yes, dont complain. if not, contact samsung through this app, by going to the main screen, clicking the blue icon on bottom right corner and selecting "send feedback" option and report your issue there.
mine is okey.. no problem or issue at all, i can switch tab without disconnecting to my games, i play Black Desert Mobile and switch to Tales of Wind just to claim rewards and then switch back to Black Desert.. my game is still connected.. unless i switch app for a very long time, if that happen my game will just reconnect but it will not close or exit.. i'm using S10plus with android10 update.
Hi, I see you were having the same problem as I am now, with games closing when you leave the game for a few minutes. Did you get an answer back when you reported the issue through the send Feedback option?
