Apps Downloading Problem using Wifi

hi,
Is anyone facing App downloading problem from playstore using wifi network. Because i am trying to download a game of 1.3gb using Wifi but it just shwos download pending but the download doesn't start. and there is no other download running in background.

my phone is Galaxy S9 plus.

You might have chosen the download option as mobile internet.Check the settings under the play store and change it to all. Mine is also S9+

i checked but i don't see any download option in playstore setting

- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Show system apps >> Play store >> Clear data.
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Show system apps >> Play store >> Clear cache.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Re login the Google account and check the internet connectivity.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch.
