Before the One UI (galaxy AI) update released on 16th Sept 2024, the applications lauched immediately as soon as I tapped the icon. After the update, when I tap an app icon, there is a slight delay and then the app launches.

I downloaded an other launcher from play store and launched the app from that. The app lauches as soon as I tap the icon, that is, as fast as how it was before the update.

Looks like this has something to do with One UI. Please look into the issue.

Let me know if anyone faces the same issue.

There is no such things happening on any other device make sure that your storage is not maxed out suppose you have a 128GB variant use 85-90gb of storage max to keep a smooth transition and reboot your device every week for optimizing apps hope so you this will solve your problem mate🤝🏻

Nothing like that is happening on my S23. It’s still blazing fast as it was...
