Android update for S10

The one ui 3 update list shows that its been completed for s10, but i have not received the update yet! Am i the only one here? I know the update was pulled back due to bugs but its been re-released (still didnt receive it yet).

Ik M series are receiving there oneui 3 core, same question is getting asked by my friend who is A series user.
