The February Security Patch Update for Samsung devices📱 has resulted in the removal of several features from Android Recovery.

Previously available functionalities included:

(1) Reboot to bootloader
(2) Apply update from ADB
(3) Apply update from SD
(5) Wipe cache partition
(6) View recovery logs
(7) Run graphics test
(8) Run local test
(9) Turn off air apps
(10) Repair apps
ETC

Currently, only the following three options remain:

(1) Reboot system now
(2) Wipe data/factory reset
(3) Power off

Now we can no longer remove any bugs after software Update and can't install any firmware update, stock ROM, Custom Android Update or any security update.

It's gonna be tough to explain in words, so just watch a YouTube video on how to open Android Recovery mode on any Samsung device.
Before, there were tons of features to clear bugs after updates to make your phone smoother and install custom updates, but now they've pretty much removed everything.
