Android 11 update with one ui 3 for Samsung Galaxy S9, S9+ and Note 9 series .

I believe all flagship devices of Samsung phones i.e. the S series should get at least 3 to 4 major updates. As consumers we spend a lot on these flagship devices expecting atleast major 3 updates. I own a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and hope Samsung listen to my suggestion and provide many customers like me who own the S9, S9+ and Note 9 with android 11 and one ui 3 update.

I was not talking about the brand/company or even the product itself. Sure all those products are good and that's why they cost some good money. But the question here is the product life span - Samsung ensures around 2 years (2 OS updates) and that's too low for a 1k€ device. Apple ensures 4 or 5 years. Even so I would prefer Android, but the difference on the life span is making me think my approach.

You have really spoke well but for Samsung to oblige all it's customers another one major update is impossible. Customers love the product but manufacturers hardly listen to what we also feel about the product.

and I having the galaxy s9 + I believe that they should give it another upgrade to android 11 
and one ui 3 and continue to give updates 
to the device ui for at least a year as many companies do on android. 
and after all the phone is a flagship so I do not understand the reason
 why a company stops supporting it in two years I think we should all gather that 
we have galaxy s9 s9 plus and Note 9 and express our complaint because our mobile phones 
are coming out of the One ui 3 and general support for new feature updates.

Yeah, I think like you. Samsung please listen to us because My second Samsung Galaxy S9 (I bought 16/10/2020 my second S9)  is awesome and I really like this model. Not to expensive and efficient. I would be awesome if You provide an even one more update.

Honestly the s9 was released in the first month of 2018 while all the other flagships had android 8, while the NOTE 9 WAS RELEASED IN SEPTEMBER 2 WEEK WITH ANDROID 8, WHILE GOOGLE PIXAL SERIES AND OTHER ANDROIDS WERE LAUNCHED WITH ANDROID 9. IDEALLY NOTE 9 MUST HAVE COME WITH ANDROID 9 BUT INSTEAD CAME WITH OLDER ANDROID 8.. IDEALLY NOTE 9 IS ELIGIBLE FOR ANDROID 11. BUT SAMSUNG PLAYED WELL AND RELEASED A SEPTEMBER 2018 RELEASE NOTE 9 WITH OUTDATED ANDROID 8 2017 and called it a 2 update policy. I THINK SAMSUNG SHOULD PLAY FAIR AND ATLEAST ONLY GIVE ANDROID 11 TO NOTE 9 ALONE , AS COMPARED TO S9 IN JAN.
