This is my Samsung galaxy S21 FE SD 888 edition Android 15 and it's fully updated. Now the captured image shows excessive lens flare and light streaking, particularly from street lights and overhead lamps. The flares appear as bright streaks and colored blotches that significantly reduce the clarity of the image and distract from the actual subject matter.

So Samsung fix this issue.

If it is green tiny spots correspondence to the number of sources of lights, then it is caused by an anti reflective coating. It happens to all mobile camera phones. But if it is an elongated flare, then it is caused by smudges on the outer glass of the camera. It can be removed by clean cloth, preferably cloth that comes with a spectacles box.
