I just made a chat with the samsung human assistant, they informed me that there will be a delay for the beta updates and need to Wait for it .They can't tell any specific time or date for it ,So user's have to kindly check for an update in Notice.
As I said in my comments the current Slot is for 3000 Users. Between October 29th to November 5th you can see them open for more but still limited. But do look out for Fingerprint update. If you do you cannot upgrade to Beta.
