Greetings 

For sometime now, since October 2025, i have had this issue where the Amazon App keep freezing and I get the pop-up window to either wait or close App.

What have I done so far..

1. Factory Reset Device, no help 
2. Put Amazon App under Never Auto Sleeping Appa 
3. Reinstalled WebView

This bug only showed up in One UI 8 October update onwards

As you have mentioned that you are facing the issue with third party apps and if your device other application working fine. So we would request you kindly contact the respective helpline to make sure there is no issue from their end.

However, if you are still facing the same issue, please share the log file with us. This will help us investigate further and resolve the problem.

Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
