There are white color dashboards in all app permission manager setting please send any suggestions for show permission manager setting

try dark theme....
bcz the font-color is white.. and
background color also white..

it happens bcz of uncomaptibility of theme.. with device...
use default theme pls..

Also you can try normal phone reset settings

Settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings

Also change theme and try again

Are you using any custom theme

Most probably its due to that
