I have an s8 ( Indian variant) and I use the Airtel simcard.
but i am not able to use the volte services by airtel. in my setting under mobile networks there isnt the switch to toggle volte on or off(there is no button).
my sim and mobile both are volte compatible.
I tried to take help from both customer services but none were able to help me.
please tell me what should I do.

how long does it take after they say they have put in the request to activate it?

but the problem is that airtel says that once volte is enabled on your handset then the service is started and samsung says that volte starts once the volte service starts

VOLTE service still eludes me

they told me same here. you tell them to activate then only volte enable switch will appear. if you have doubt check with kip after insert the SIM only volte enable option will appear f6c0de62-1c7d-4cc2-b664-5b2a026a3fc4.jpg

i have samsung j7 pro. i am aslo not getting airtel volte service
