Hi Galaxy S8+ Users (Airtel Network)

Please Check below things.

1. Install My Airtel App.
2. Open My Airtel App.

Note.
Don't connect with Wi-Fi
Please Check with Airtel Data.

Issue I'm facing
1. App not getting login automatically as my number is Airtel.
2. It Shows as no active connection found (But Active Data Connetion is enabled).
3. Even not allowing to generate OTP (OTP Generated successfully after connecting with WiFi.

Hi friends.

Issue with your device. Maybe you did not give permissions to the app to use internet or read messages for OTP. If you did both, report issue to Airtel through playstore. Makes no sense to ask support for Airtel app on Samsung forum

it's not about asking support here. it's for cross verification were issue with all Airtel users or only with my device
