Iam a loyal fan of samsung galaxy mobile from last 15 years..iam using rightnow galaxy s23 ultra i received software update on 14th of January 2025 before 4 days of this post..I update my mobile official software from phone's setting software update..when phone restart 3 whilte colour line appeared on my display 1 line is on top of the phone where network symbol shows,that is half of display 2nd line is appeared middle of the phone and 3rd line is on bottom of my phone,iam very disappointed by this update I went to service center and they refused to change it at free of cost,because my mobile is out of warranty recently..they told me that they have no any update received from samsung to change display in like this situation..this is my humble request to samsung india please resolved this issue by changeing the display without any cost..i feels that samsung is using nowadays very cheap quality display for their high end costly mobile'seventhough Apple iPhone uses very high quality of display so there no any issues like samsung and others..it's very bad ..so thinking to switch on apple.if someone who can help me kindly contact on my community reply section.thankimg of you

No there is no any physical damage..in very excellent condition..iam attaching my job sheet card also just read service center person examined my mobile very very carefully and he mentioned that there is no any physical damage or any scratches on mobile..
It's very good condition.


But samsung customer care clearly told me on call that they could not go beyond samsung policies made by samsung india CEO and his team..

It's very sad ₹134000 is big loss ..so please raise your voice against samsung cheap quality Display and it's software update..

It's my 28th January birthday, and this happened. I planned to buy a new Galaxy Ultra series in December, then decided on February 13th to buy two S series handsets, on the 24th and 23rd. But now I'm reconsidering the purchase. This is very unfortunate because I always go for Samsung, and it happened just because of a Samsung engineer who is not capable of giving quality updates without intensive checking. If Samsung told me there were charges, I would pay, and I would go to consumer court. If other phones were repaired for free, why not mine? I will definitely go to court against Samsung. I will set an example for everyone who faces this issue and then take all complaints from affected users and file a suit against Samsung, too. If they claim the damage is due to breakage, I'll ask how the same green lines appeared just after the updates. 🔥
