After one ui 7 update phone's fingerprint and touch not working properly.

And Samsung is asking to reset phone. It's easy for them to suggest.

What's the point of spending money for an expensive phone if after any update which the company itself has provided and had charged amount for it. I need to reset phone. I have multiple authentication applications required for my work, for which I will need to raise request for installation. Will have to go through entire process again just because previously I have paid to samsung and also for the update. Why this suffering. Just getting sick of it.

It didn't solved the issue. Still not able to register fingerprints, and the keys which weren't working are still same. The solution improved responsiveness of other things a bit. But not a solution.

Try rebooting ur phone in safe mode?

First, toggle on touch sensitivity. Second, add the same fingerprint two more times. So, same finger, three fingerprints. That should do the trick. If it works, mark it as solution 👍

Not able to add fingerprint. Also some keys in keyboard are not working.
