After Android 13 update, SD Card images & videos are not displayed in Gallery

I updated my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G phone to Android 13 OneUI 5 Update yesterday. After the update, I am not able to see the SD Card Images & Videos in the Gallery app but I can see them in the My Files app.

Is anyone facing the same problem? Please do reply.

You need to go to Gallary and click on "View All"

Had you encrypted the card before the upgrade?

Reset your device if possible
Or go to service center

It was working till Android 12. Issue came from Android 13.

Hope the problem will fix after reset

I installed SD Refresh app and it resolved the issue
