While watching videos the screen refresh rate should set to 24 hz using the adaptive mode to save battery. But there is a flaw which Samsung needs to fix. When the uplink and downlink arrows near the network icon(5g or 4g) blinks, the refresh rate switches to 120 Hz.So instead of staying constant at 24 hz the screen switches between 24 hz and 120 hz.It can be fixed by removing the network icon using quickstar.

Ok reset your network settings and restart your device. And try to use stable 5g network and reset it.

That doesn't help...You didn't understand what i am saying....The arrows uplink and downlink always blinks,it happens in all devices...Due to that blinking the refresh rate switches between 24 and 120 hz....But it should stay at 24 when playing videos as my screen is constant....Only that blinking changes refresh rate
