Subsequently, navigate to the "Settings" menu and select "Supplementary Services." Within this section, you will find the option to activate or deactivate call waiting.

To activate call waiting on an Airtel phone, you can dial *43# on your phone's keypad. You can also check the status of call waiting by dialing *#43#.
