Why is my aod like this sometimes..?

yes it's after restarting the phone right? it must have something to do with partial decryption of the phone introduced since Nougat

I mean, are you using system themes, icon or font or third party themes, icon or fonts?
Re-Apply the system theme and system fonts then reboot.
