As anyone can see in video there is an animation issue and its from the month after i purchased the smartphone even i visited Service centre for the solution or repair i show them all of these videos surprisingly they said its normal if you are using the device heavily may be that time u will facing this but its happening in normal usage i thought any new update will reolve this issue but till now its same i tried factory reset but still same so anyone facing the same issue or anyone know the solution please share withe me. Because now i dont think i will visit again the service centre i feel waste of time they r not resolving the issue i thought they will replace the device after month or repair but unfortunately the deny to replace for the repair they said there is no technical fault so they will not repair very bad experience for the forst time ... i purcased the device on august 28 and this is the

Feedback from my side for everY SAMSUNG USER BEFORE BUY JUST CHECK THE FEEDBACK FOR EVERY DEVICE ESPECIALLY SAMSUNG. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND WORST SERVICE AFTER SALE.

If it's a brand new device, it seems to be faulty. It's not normal.

Restart Your Phone:
A simple restart can often resolve minor software glitches. Turn off your phone, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

Reduce Animation Scale:
Samsung devices have developer options that allow you to adjust animation scales. To access these options:

Go to Settings.
Scroll down and tap on "About phone."
Find the "Build number" entry and tap it multiple times until you see a message saying "You are now a developer"
Go back to the main settings menu, and you should now see "Developer options."
In Developer options, find the "Window animation scale," "Transition animation scale," and "Animator duration scale." Set these to 0.5x or turn them off.

Clear App Cache:
Clear the cache for the Instagram app from the settings > apps > instagram app > storage > clear cache the app.

Wipe Cache Partition:
Clearing the system cache partition can help resolve system-related issues. The method varies by device, so you may need to look up specific instructions for your Samsung model.

Safe Mode:
Boot your device in safe mode to determine if a third-party app is causing the animation issue. If the problem disappears in safe mode, it's likely caused by an app you installed.

Factory Reset (Caution: Data Loss):
If all else fails, you might consider a factory reset. This will erase all data on your device, so be sure to back up important information first.
