No bro, Try reset network setting.

See if you have turned on power saving mode... 5g does not work in that it automatically switches to 4g.. if that doesn't work try network reset.. otherwise go to help section and report

Could you try forcefully set 5g by netmonster app, and check what happened? Is there any 5g towers active or etc... thanks

first to power saving mode me jao...3,4 option hoge bha 5g turn off krdo...takii.. power saver lgane pe 5g on rhega......

If you live within 2-3 km of airport then 5g will not work operators have disabled it
