My s24 ultra is not showing jio 5g signal ....other phone are showing at same location

Please reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time, restart your's device without any Sim in slots, interchange Sim in slots. Thanks.

Please complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Thanks.

Can you restart phone to check? My S23 ultra had poor 5g reception.

Also if it's new Sim, activate 5g in another older phone and transfer sim to new S24 Ultra.
