5G issue on S20 FE 5G

Jio True 5G is not working on my S20 FE 5G.

Can anyone explain why?

Turn off powersaver and set network mode auto 5g 4g 3g in network setting

Already set to the said mode but not working. Jio says that it is 4G device.

Sm-g781bzggins is 5g model
