Dear Samsung team,
I am using a Galaxy S20 Ultra (model SM-G988B/DS) which is a 5G-capable device. However, I am not seeing the 5G option under Network Mode settings.
My current CSC is NHY (Vietnam), and I believe this is why 5G is disabled.
I kindly request you to push a configuration update or help me enable 5G on my device. I am using a 5G-enabled SIM and live in a 5G coverage area.
Please help resolve this issue.
