#2nd Whatsapp show error #

My second what's app is giving problem since few weeks.i am unable to forward messages and unable to open pdf WhatsApp messages and cannot send voice recording sms.

 Its says failed as doesnt support .

But my first whatapp has no problem at all. 

 Can you help me to resolve

Hi,
The issue caused in Dual WhatsApp as recently WhatsApp upgraded its version and it changed the file path where all media files are to be saved.
Due to this change, Dual Messenger didn't sync media saved at new path and so this is causing problem.

Samsung is trying to solve the problem quickly by contacting WhatsApp team.
