2 Factor Authentication Problem

I am Samsung user for long years with Samsung account obviously. Yesterday I bought a new Samsung smartphone. 
While setting up the device I cannot sign in to Samsung account as I am not getting Code to the registered mobile number to enter in 2 Factor authentication.
 I have tried many times but I didn't receive code.After sometime text and call verification is blocked for the number as multiple times failed.
 I even tried customer care, even they could not solve the issue with remote access and they told me to create a new account with another mail id and number.
Please help me with this.I cannot use full functionality of phone and AI features without sign in to Samsung account.

As you have mentioned that the after trying multiple attempts to get the Authentication code the code is blocked. So we would suggest you to please wait for sometime and try again later.

If you still facing the issue kindly share the log files of the device, please follow the steps below:

Particular application > More (3 stacked lines) > Contact us > Error report > Check "Send system log data" > Choose sending information option by clicking on the "Once" > Press "Done" > Write your Question and Press "Send".
